Would you like to spend a day celebrating and raising our awareness of climate change?
Would you like to learn how to take personal action to stop global warming?
When you join us in Asheville on July 7, you’ll be able to do all this as we enjoy Live Earth concerts from around the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for all of us–local environmental groups, green businesses, and concerned citizens–to join together for fun and action for the health of our planet.
Who: Concerned citizens, environmental groups, and green business who want to take action to deal with the climate crisis
What: An event designed to enjoy ourselves, raise awareness of simple, cost-effective actions we can easily take, and to watch the U.S. Live Earth concert and clips from the others around the world.
When: July 7, 2007, 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Where: Asheville Brewing Company, 77 Coxe Avenue, downtown Asheville
Why: To have fun and empower ourselves to take action now
